Hello,
does anyone uses Self Service Item URLs successfully with chrome / gmail ?
For me, when pasting an item URL in a new gmail message, the url wont be recognized as clickable and the recipient is getting a message with an unusable url. I also tried using the "insert link" function with no luck.
Also when sending the item url via our ticket system to a gmail account, the url is clickable, but opens in a new chrome tab with an ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED "This site can’t be reached
jamfselfservice’s server IP address could not be found".
Maybe i have to configure chrome with kind of default handlers for jamfselfservice:// protocols?
