Self Service log in issue

We recently upgraded to 9.5 and a couple of our users are seeing error after the log in to Self Service. I took out some information from the link but this is the message we are receiving.

Unable to access https://.../selfservice2/index.html?en0=...&en1=&uuid=...&day=mon&clientHour=12&clientMinute=03&networkRequirements=Ethernet&localUsername=...&ssVersion=9.5: The network connection was lost.

Removed and installed the jamf Framework. Tried over ethernet and wireless connection. Checked for time differences on the server.

If the user copies the link into a browser and logs in, everything works fine.

Is it happening just on 10.8 machines? or 10.9 too?

Sorry I meant to mention I have only seen it on10.8 Computers.

10.9 and a 10.10 machine work fine.

We just dealt with this with JAMF. (took a bit of time to diagnose)
What they've found is it only happens on LDAP lookups on 10.8. They don't know yet what have changed but gave us a older version of Self Service, to deploy to our 10.8 fleet.

Oh thanks I will send this in because our 10.8 computers have this bug.

We're experiencing the same issue in 10.8 and 10.7.
