We are trying to send a webclip to our managed ipads for tech support and we got it so it opens the default email on Safari with our email address and that looks great. but unless the users close the browser it won't open a second time. is there a way to fix this? I have tried changing the URL that I found online but usually that just opens a blank page. Any help would be appreciated.
Sample is below which does open the email and sends properly
