Hey all,
So in the past at our elementary schools we had OD full mobile accounts that destroyed our network. In the past 18 months we switched to AD accounts with a jamf script running an rsync at login and logout for desktop and documents.
I'm looking at switching this to the native mobile account syncing built into os x (for desktop/document folders) or something else considering we have had lots of issues with documents being updated but the changes not being saved. (Seems like a file name issue possibly, but hard to track the problem and really I don't want to).
If I move to this I'm thinking I will need to rebind these machines with a terminal command to enable mobile accounts and to tell home sync to only apply to Desktop and Documents. (Can anyone tell me this command as I'm having trouble finding much info on this?)
Any ideas?
