Have a bit of an odd one, and hoping someone has seen this.
Have a Win2012R2 server running both SMB and AFP (Acronis Access Connect).
For some reason, occasionally, there is a long login delay connecting to the server using just "username" from Mac clients (Go->Connect to Server) between connecting with username and password and it actually showing your available shares.
But, if I connect with "domainusername" there's no delay at all.
DSBindTimeout is set to 15, but I've tried several other settings and they're all good. DNS all seems good. Firewall seems good on server (there's no firewall on the client).
So, I'm kind of stuck. Any ideas, anyone?
