I am trying to set up our SMTP server so I can send enrollment invitations to some devices that I can't touch. We use Office365, and I had our Infrastructure guys create a service account for Jamf. I cannot perform a successful test of the server no matter what I do. I had our Infrastructure guys look at the configuration and they said everything looks good. Any tips would be appreciated. My configuration is as follows:
smtp.office365.com
TLSv1.2
Display name is Jamf Pro Server and server email address is the address created by infrastructure
Requires authentication is checked, and the user name is the username given by Infrastructure. I have tried just the username as well as the UPN. I've put the password in 3 times to make sure I got it correct
Any suggestions?
