Hi everybody-
We're getting very close to the release of Casper Suite 7.2, but have stumbled upon an issue that wasn't foreseen. The 7.2 version of the JSS requires Java 6, but unfortunately, Apple only makes Java 6 available for 64-bit Intel processors. This means that any server hardware with a PPC processor will not be capable of running the 7.2 release of the JSS (all other applications are fine). Also, anybody that is running the JSS on non-server hardware with a Core Duo processor will be affected (Core 2 Duo processors are OK).
We'd like to know what percentage of people this will affect so that we can come up with a quick solution to ensure that everybody is able to upgrade.
