Is anyone else having trouble trying to install 7.31? I have opened the JSS Setup Utility, logged in as the local admin on the server, clicked the Update tab and clicked Install. I see the message similar to "secure copying .war file" or something like that and then it says "getting info..." and spins but never completes. When I log onto the JSS to see if it upgraded, it still shows 7.21. Am I doing something wrong to upgrade from 7.21 to 7.31?
