Hello All,
I am new to Jamf and have set it up for our entire company. After going through the Jamf Pro enrollment we believed everything was all set. Now we are noticing that users are unable to change their Azure Passwords through Jamf Connect. Is there any guidance of what may be causing this? Thank you in advance.

I suggest checking the JAMF Connect Configuration Profile and make sure its setup correctly. If this was working previously, something could have changed on the tenant side and the configuration profile needs to be updated. If this is a new engagement you should have a jump start session with a JAMF Consultant that should walk you through setting things up.
