Unable to un-enroll ipad from prestage enrollment.

Is anyone else seeing this error when you are trying to unenroll a device from prestage enrollmen? I am just wondering if Apple's MDM server is down.

Error: Unable to contact https://mdmenrollment.apple.com PreStage enrollment
