We have bought about 50 macbooks from Apple, and we have setup Apple School Manager before,, so all of these devices were enrolled in DEP.
Also we have some prestage enrollments, but no one of new devices were not assigned to any of them. All of their serials are located in the scope of each prestage enrollment.
When I turned on one of the new macbooks, set it up and opened terminal and send the command
$ profiles status -type enrollment
then I got this:
Enrolled via DEP: No
MDM enrollment: No
So, if the end user set up the device which isn't assigned at this moment to any prestage enrollment, does that mean the device is not enrolled in DEP anymore?
