Hey guys,
I'm having some issues removing the Adobe 2019 apps from Mojave (10.14.6) systems. We've used the uninstall packages from the Adobe Enterprise Console.
I've tested them and they seem to work locally on clean machine but whenever I try to install them to any of the JAMF managed workstations, they complete without removing anything from the apps folder. The install log doesn't show any errors weirdly.
I've searched around on JAMF Nation and the MacAdmins Slack with no luck - It looks like this was a similar problem here - https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/discussions/35575/uninstall-adobe-cc-apps
But I'm not understanding the solution posted at the bottom of the post, can anyone help? I'm guessing there must be something I need to add in JAMF to allow these uninstallers to run succesfully on the machine, I'm just not sure what.
