Update iOS version for Smart/Static Group rather than all devices returned in basic search

Looking to find a way to update iOS for a select group of iPads but it appears the only way to update them is to go to Mobile Devices > Do a basic search > Choose Action button in bottom right > Update iOS > Send Command..but this send's a command to all the devices in the environment.

Any suggestions on how this can be done for a smart/static group via the Jamf dashboard or API?

You can follow the same principle for an advanced search or a smart or static group.
Eg. Create a smart group for devices beginning with Andy. (or any other criteria you like including ios version)
Open the group, select view to view all the devices, then you scroll to the bottom and select action, - select update ios.
