I think I'm missing something.
I'm currently trying to set up a process so every app we provide to our user (through SS or silently) can stay updated.
Since all our users have standards user accounts, they can't run any app updates by themselves.
My problem is; how can I set this up without the patch management feature ? Since Jamf only provide this feature for a few apps (Maybe I'm wrong, but where did I miss something ?), I don't know how to work around it.
I've tried setting up policies, but then how can I scope devices depending on their app versions ? Since you can't really set up automatically the "latest" version on smart groups conditions. (Am I missing something here again ?)
I'm lost cause, when I searched around here it doesn't seem like it's much of a problem for you other Jamf admins.
Can you guys clear that out for me ?
