Upload package button missing in jamf pro 10.20.1

Hi All,
The Upload file package button is missing in our Jamf pro 10.20.1. I'm using administrator account and the distribution type is cloud. Earlier we can able to see the upload file package button but some how it is missing now. It is urgent as we need to patch package, could any one able to help. I have attached the picture for your reference.
