User signed into icloud with their person Apple id. How can we override their "Find my"

I haven't come across this one yet.  Does anyone have any ideas to get past this to be able to wipe and re-install OS?

Is this still enrolled in your MDM? On machines that I didn't need save data on, I've had success with wiping them from the MDM via the command. However, I could have just been lucky.
