Users can't login to domain when moving between sites

So we've seen an issue where some users cannot log into their AD domain account, when they move between our 2 sites, the login screen acts as if the password is wrong.
Local accounts are fine, and if you remove network connections, and then try the AD account again, it works fine, presumably with cached credentials. Both sites have a local domain controller, all accounts are mobile, and it seems the only fix is to unbind and then rebind the Mac to the domain.

I got the logs from one affected Mac, but not sure what's going on...

Any help would be much much appreciated.
