Sometimes people will leave their job and you have to transfer accounts from one person to another...
Now we have a VPP/DEP-Agent which will leave during the next months and theres somebody who will take over this part. But we didn't figure how to add another "Agent" to our Account and there is no documentation (atleast I didn't find any).
Did anyone do this already (maybe even in Germany)?
Or do you all just move the apple-id from person to person?
(which, in our case would be an issue, as our Agents prefer to have personal accounts)
