VPP not communicating with Jamf.

We purchased a bunch of licenses for Site Docs to start installing them on the phones, but after getting the confirmation they are still not available on Jamf. We have run into this before too and we are not sure what needs to be done to get that to become available. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Hi,
I am having a similar issue with one app. I got the email confirmation from ASM and it shows licenses in ASM

I think the problem is the app, but things I have tried:
Manually add the app to the VPP account: it never shows up
Manually add it to my catalog: Cannot check the Device based distribution box
Replace the Token for that VPP account
restarted Tomcat (at end of day yesterday)
I am able to acquire a different app using that same VPP account and everything behaves normally, app shows up in the Catalog, and box is available to check for device based distribution

I contacted the developer, who contacted jamf, and then he came back with the basics. We have 1100+ catalog items, I know how to add an app.
