I have a user trying to upgrade to Xcode 10, and he currently has 9.3.1 on the device. He wants to keep the old version, so I had him rename to old version to "Xcode 9.3.1.app" and remove the "_MASReceipt" subfolder. When he opens Self Service, and clicks the policy, it only gives an option to open the existing Xcode. Has anyone seen this before?

VPP only offers to open an app, not update it
+15I've seen this, I believe if its moved from the app folder you can install via Self Service.
