I have never tried it, but macOS is listed in the MDM framework for WebClips. So, the answer should be technically yes. According to the documentation the WebClip would appear in the dock on macOS.

To create a web clip URL for MacBooks via Jamf, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jamf Pro administrator console.

  2. Navigate to the "Computers" tab and select the specific MacBook you want to create a web clip for.

  3. In the MacBook's details view, locate the "Management" section and click on "Web Clips."

  4. Click on the "New" button to create a new web clip.

  5. Fill out the necessary details for the web clip, including:

    • Name: Provide a descriptive name for the web clip.
    • Label: Optionally, assign a label to categorize the web clip.
    • URL: Enter the URL of the website you want to create a web clip for.
    • Icon URL (optional): Provide the URL of an icon image to use for the web clip.
    • Display: Choose whether to display the web clip on the Dock or the desktop.
    • Open in: Select whether the website should open in Safari or another browser.
