We were able to get our copy of WHD (9.1.5/6) working with HelpDesk -
no more importing!!!
Only caveat is that helpdesk appears to map some asset info
automatically, and cannot (yet) be controlled....so make sure you test
with a SMALL number of machines prior to syncing...so we setup a test
casper instance with just 3 macs. The sync process worked beautifully,
except that it stomped all over our asset numbers, created new models/
types for us (which we didn't want), etc.
So...works great...BIG plus with both casper and helpdesk...but TEST
TEST TEST!
