Winclone, Windows 7, Bad Sectors

Hi all,

Has anyone successfully deployed a dual-boot 10.6.4 - Windows 7 configuration?

I'm working on getting an ENORMUS image created and I'm running into "bad sector" errors, even though I've run scandisk multiple times with 0 bad sectors reported.

Worked fine for me, but my image was only 8+ Gigabytes. Are you
Sysprepping prior to image creation?

Yes!
and its amazing.

I've tested with:
- Windows 7 SysPrepped and not SysPrepped
- image captured with WinClone
- then restored using Casper

Solid results all the time, except when I tried restoring to a smaller partition or what I believed to be the same size.
We now have an image with a 36GB partition and its restored to partitions that are >40GB
On first boot it runs through a self heal and then its all good!
