XCode & Objective C for Beginners

I know the topic hasn't got anything to do with Casper but I would appreciate your input.
I will have a crack at the XCode and would like learn Objective C.
Any recommendations for books and training courses around London UK will be great.

I highly recommend checking out the books by the Big Nerd Ranch and Pragmatic Programming. Their basic books (and BNR training courses) are great learning experiences.
