Looking for anyone with guidance on how to resolve this weird issue
I am auto deploying the Zoom Room Controller app from JAMF via VPP to our Zoom Room iPads, and for the most part the app will auto install, I am able to open and login and get to our Zoom room selection screen.
However when I try to connect to the room itself it will not connect at all.
I tested with another iPad and installed the same app from iTunes directly and did the same steps with the difference of when I selected the actual room it asked me permission to allow the app to use the Local Network which I allowed and it connected just fine.
When I went back to the VPP installed iPad and went to Privacy-Local Network the "Room Controller" was not there for me to allow.
Has anyone run into this issue, dose anyone have a fix I can try?
