iPads won't reinstall apps and apply profiles after erase

iPads won't reinstall apps and apply profiles after erase. I can remotely eg restart the devices and the last check-in time shows that the iPads are communicating with Jamf. All iPads are Supervised. 9th Gen iPads have still iOS 15.5.

I got apps installed when I modified the app list for the device group where the iPads are.

Apps are added into a device group but apps won't appear in device's Managed Apps list. If I edit anything in the app settings, app is pushed succecfully into all devices.

Sometimes some of the apps are automatically pushed into iPads but not all.

If you get apps appear in device's Managed Apps list, some oh the apps will report this error.

Still same errors after two weeks. You need to open Managed Apps page for every iPad and click rety for all failed apps.

"After 5retries, we still have communication errors with Apple. Please create a ticket to get this solved."

We have still problems installing apps.
