Training Pass Tax Deductible?

Sorry for the weird/stupid question, but if I paid for Jamf training/certification, can I deduct the cost on my taxes? Just thinking this would fall under “education.” I don’t “need” it for my job, but it does help should I look for a new one

It's not a bad question, especially if you're paying for the class out of your pocket.
