Job Description
Concentric Health Experience (CHX) is seeking a IT/Helpdesk Technician who will represent the agency through IT support and customer service. You are a a problem solver and a go getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities
- Tend the help desk area, stock IT supplies, keep area organized
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to tickets in our Zendesk environment
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations
- Assist with onboarding of new users and training existing employees
- Reporting and management of our JAMF Pro system
- Virus/Malware remediation using Sophos
- Network troubleshooting/administration (DHCP, DNS)
- General printer, copier, and scanning repair
- Conference room maintenance, installs and configuration
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, Communications or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant technical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with macOS/iOS and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work independently/self-manage
- Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers
- A curious mentality
- The desire to be great
Additional Information
This is an on-site support role based in One World Trade Center that is part of a team of NY based and remote IT admins.
