This position maintains the overall Jamf infrastructure, which manages all of the Apple/Mac inventory on campus - all Macs and iPads. As the Jamf Infrastructure Admin Sr., this position will focus on supporting all Apple devices for two community college campuses. Working within the context of a district-wide community of practice, the need for consistency across all participating Maricopa Community College campuses is important. This position will develop configuration policies, test and document findings, effectively communicate procedures, and actively train downstream support teams to ensure the consistent use of all Apple devices. Continually monitoring Apple and Jamf communities, this position will also act in an R&D manner to improve Apple/MAC management for our campuses. Applying contemporary techniques and finding innovative solutions is paramount.
