About the role

As part of Coles’ large-scale infrastructure and security division, our dedicated End-User Computing team are embarking on an exciting new project to deploy and integrate Mac services at Coles, on-scale.

 

The End-User Computing team are responsible for a variety of services including delivery and ongoing management and support of end-user devices such as virtual desktop, mobility devices, and other platforms such as Mac, MacOS, MS Exchange, SharePoint, SOE Management and Office 365.

In total, the team provides support, services, and advice to over 9000 team members above store.

 

What you’ll be doing:

You will be an SME of the EUC business unit, bringing your expertise to our EUC Technologies team.

Your main objective within the role is to provide technical support, specialising in Mac and MacOS services including hardware management, troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment of end devices and the supporting infrastructure.

Within your role you will be charged with the ongoing management and maintenance on any issues working across Mac and MacOS and assist in project rollouts, instigate change initiatives, solve high-level technical issues, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.

Can NZ citizens allow to apply for this job?

I'd suggest checking the permanent work/visa arrangements between NZ and Australia.  The role would not provide work visa "sponsorship" but from my understanding there is a reciprocal arrangement with permanent relocation and working between the two countries.
