As the Senior Subject Matter Expert, you will provide analysis and hands on management of relevant BAU, operational, project and innovation needs across the organisation. You will apply your expert technical knowledge ( including scripting and automation) across a mixture of high availability and specialist roles to achieve required business and end user objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan & implement Apple initiatives that support the Digital Workplace Technology roadmap.
- Monitor the external environment and assess emerging technologies to evaluate potential impacts, threats, and opportunities to the organisation.
- Engage in technical design activities to meet, analyse, and develop technology standards.
- Provide technical expertise on issue/incident management to resolve highly complex problems.
