Coforge is seeking candidates for a systems administrator position. A successful candidate will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, and operations of systems hardware and software infrastructure for our customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in monitoring and administrating all globally-available IT-supported systems and technology while maintaining and reporting on global Service Level Agreements
- Create documentation, workflows, and other supporting materials for systems topology, support, and administrative actions
- Use ITIL processes and procedures for change, incident, and problem management of all enterprise services and systems
- Assist in maintaining and developing automation of enterprise systems workflows and tasks
- Act as an escalation point for monitoring alerts and help desk tickets
- Assess, design, administer, and manage the life cycle of data center hardware and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve escalated technical problems and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Management, administration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise server software and technologies
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year/Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving, communication skills, and the delivery of high-quality work
- Strong knowledge of macOS
- Practical experience managing and supporting globally available IT infrastructure services, on-site and remotely
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Jamf Pro administration and management skills
- Hands on experience with creating/managing Jamf policies & configuration profiles
- Hands on experience with self Service policies and customizations
- Experience with configuring and implementing PPPC Controls and FileVault
- Experience with configuring and implementing Zero Touch deployments
- Experience developing and maintaining scripts in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Powershell
- Experience with Image and Patch management
- Ability to communicate appropriately with client technical and executive staff
