Hello Los Angeles Mac Admins! We are very excited to announce our very first in person post-COVID meetup!! It's been way too long and although we've seen each other in person at other events and conferences, it will be great to see you all in person at our L.A. Meetup. Our meetup will be on Wednesday, October 11th from 6-8PM PST. The plan is to meetup in Culver City at a very secretive underground lair. Please register here and then send an email to lamug@calsotechnologies.com confirming your attendance. Please provide your full name, company and email address so that we can add you to the security clearance list. Specific meetup details will be sent in a reply email. If you do not send an email confirming your attendance you WILL NOT receive details for the event and will not be confirmed with security. For those that can not make it in person, we will try to have a Zoom link made available the morning of the meetup so that anyone can join. Ideally this is how we will host our meetups going forward. Hello Los Angeles Mac Admins! Hope everyone is doing well and all set for summer! I'm hoping this will be one of our last virtual meetups. I know it's been a while but we are ready for another meetup. We will be meeting virtually on Thursday, July 6th from 5-7PM PST. We are very excited to have a very important member of the Mac Admins community joining us to show off what he's been up to with swiftDialog. Dan K Snelson, or #dan-snelson to most of you on Slack, will be joining us to discuss his work using swiftDialog! He will be discussing creating custom branded notifications and messages using this amazing tool from Bart Reardon. At CALSO, we are using swiftDialog heavily for our clients and Dan's work and tutorials has been very helpful in getting us setup for success. I know it's been a while but we are ready for another meetup. We will be meeting virtually on April 6th from 5-7PM PST. We are very excited to have two of our regular LA members joining us to present something they have been hard at work on. Trevor Sysock, or BigMacAdmin to most of you on Slack, from Second Son Consulting will be joining us to discuss a new project he has been working on. Baseline! Baseline is an MDM agnostic zero touch or light touch solution for macOS. By leveraging SwiftDialog, Installomator, and original code, Baseline provides an automated way to install applications and run scripts. Configure the behavior of Baseline via a mobileconfig file. Hello Los Angeles Mac Admins! I hope everyone is enjoying the wonderful change in weather and the brief break from the sun. Don't worry... it will be back. It always comes back.   Hopefully those of you that attended JNUC 2022 in San Diego are recovered and catching up on your day to day schedules. I had a great time in San Diego and look forward to 2023 in Austin.
