Do your teachers and staff feel overwhelmed by tech issues or new system features? What kind of AI-driven support would be most helpful to them – a 24/7 help chatbot, guided tutorials within apps, voice-activated assistance, etc.? How might this change their comfort level in using technology?

An AI-bot or Help Guide more front in center in Jamf Teacher would be nice.  I did notice that there was some outdated Help Guides in Jamf Teacher currently.  I know the biggest feedback I get from teachers is they don't have enough time to go over lengthy guides.  Something that's in line and assists them in what they are doing is nice.  Like when I'm doing my taxes and there's inline help to assist me as I'm creating ad hoc classes or applying restrictions.  Maybe even something that defaults to a new user experience but you can dismiss if you are familiar with the app.  I'm just releasing Jamf Teacher to the masses in our school division so that's where my head is at right now.
