Do you maybe have a more restrictive local password policy than your
default AD domain policy? Maybe test running "pwpolicy
-clearaccountpolicies" on an affected machine (as a working admin
account), then try the local user login again.
Do you already know the static groups you need the members of? Or do you
need to read ALL computer groups, determine which ones are static, then
output the members of all of them? Or do you have like 8 static groups

The username for AnyConnect is in a hidden file in the root of the user
profile (/Users/username/.anyconnect). In that .anyconnect file you
update the key with the username you want to show.
I would start by looking in /var/db/locationd/clients.plist to see how
that script is listed in there. It'll probably have some com.whatever
entry in there that you would want to look at changing in all the
com.microsoft.teams entries in the original...
