Yep I suspect it's the same issue. Can't find a common cause and it
affects various Mac models, from 2011 and also the latest 2014
deployments. Started seeing it around the 10.9.2 release.
Been seeing a lot of this at our organization. We're soon deploying
Casper but it's happening to our macs. They share a fairly basic image
