The new OneDrive patch title requires yet another Extension Attribute
(the deprecated one did not). We really hope more titles don’t add on to
our growing list of Extension Attributes.
@phil.ohara. you need to create your departments first. Then when you
look up the user info, it will pull it into the department section.
