Is there a way to create a scheduled task to query Apple's GSX (using smart groups or groups) and updating their Purchasing Information?

I didn't realize that the job was not a built-in schedulable task. pickerin, it seems that the best match for what I'm seeking would this one in the feature request list: On Inventory populate GSX Information
