Do you have SpeedGrade CS6 installed? if so make sure you're deleting an
errant alias that causes recon or manage to hang rm -rf

Manage through people and not technology. If they unencrypt your drive,
you'll know about it when you run reports. If that happens there should
be a HR/users manager process in place to deal with it.
