I am the (only) I.T. guy for the 1600-student and 150-faculty School of Art at California State University, Long Beach. I manage about 200 Macs, six servers, the web site, and a student staffed office that makes portfolio-quality art prints and manages video gear used in student gallery exhibitions. I have also built a fairly comprehensive Filemaker database system that tracks personnel, rooms, keys, and hardware across the school and is used for scheduling our classrooms.
My interest in Jamf products is rooted in the need to operate as efficiently as possible, since I am the only I.T. person for my department.
