The issue was resolved for me in Jamf Pro 11.0.1. And I was given a script to run that will re-establish the registration if it was previously registered. Jamf Pro - Jamf Conditional Access script for Jamf Pro 11.0.1 (service-now.com)

Was there any solution to this we are now having the same problem on Jamf Pro 10.50
