We also noticed this issue with 10.9.3 but it appears to be resolved
with the 10.9.4 update that was released a few days ago. Successfully
imaged a MacBook Air (Mid 2012) with a Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter from
a base 10.9.4 image built from the ins...
