We've seen this effect as well. I'm also guessing it needs a separate
script before mass migration / deployment of the new version to avoid
existing systems from redoing the "onboarding app installs"
Thanks for all the hard work on the new self service! I love the new
design and have seen launch performance improvements on all the systems
