@CCNapier have you tried running softwareupdate -l from terminal on the
device to see if any updates are found or if the server can be reached?
I also applied a Configuration Profile to my device to set the software
update server. That doesn't appear...
@Person That's interesting, what version of JSS/Self Service are you
running? Do you have any Self Service plugins set up? I tried to
recreate this and couldn't get that message to come up. What state was
the JSS in when this happened? Thanks!Janis
Hi, This is a known defect filed back in 9.2. The defect number is
D-005704. I would reach out to your Technical Account Manager to have a
case created and attached to the defect. Thanks!
