I set this up and my computer shows 0 as the output. Any idea why that would be?

So in Big Sur I get the system extension approval request. Is there a sysExt we can whitelist to prevent that? This is an Intel Mac.

When I've seen the message "The profile must originate from a user approved MDM server" it typically means that the user needs to approve the profile within System Preferences > Profiles.

You will see it as pending. That is normal. The policy won't execute until it gets triggered by a re-enrollment.
