I'm seeing a similar issue, both with the installer and doing it
manually with root.war. Strangely, the JAMF installer seems to be the
only thing that can't see $JAVA_HOME. Tomcat sees it, but fails to
start. Right now, I'm stuck at 10.12 until I can...

on one of my DP's. Everything mounts, but Casper can't seem to erase the
drive. If I do it with the disk utility and have Casper do the block
