has to login after machine is restarted in order for installation to

Had this happen to us as well...got it registrered by removing all the
specific networks to target and indicating all networks...nice to see it
was a bigger issue then just us....
As suggested to me by a member of MacAdmins on Slack, i ran the
following command to rebuild the launch service and it resolved my
issue. Granted I had previously removed the framework, re-enrolled etc.
