We apply the similar policy to our student computer lab machines, and
are experiencing the same issue. We escalated this issue to Apple
through Appleseed Beta Software Program (FB9119629), awaiting actions
from Apple.

section: 3.2 Extension Approval using MDM The 'WebContentFilter' payload
may not be supported yet by your JAMF Pro version. Contact JAMF Support
for confirmation.
