Is it possible to automatically create certificates via internal windows ca and than push to jamf pro cloud or premise?

Can i decide where the information is stored (geogpraphically) if i use the cloud service?

AD connection is part of JAMF Pro, can i decide if i want to store the passworts in the cloud? If they can be stored locally only is there a solution how to sync between cloud and local windows ad?
