Who is your apple engineer? I have been trying to set up an appointment
for weeks and am getting the run around. I am also getting very vague
answers about my very specific questions regarding DEP.
I am having the same problem. Mine won't bind or enroll and I double
checked to make sure it is named properly. I can get it to join AD, but
not OD or enroll in JSS.
The work around is to re-upload the VPP codes from a freshly downloaded
file. This way you don't lose your previous data, but it will clear out
any Apps that weren't actually redeemed. I have a call in to JAMF. They
